Pastor Robert James Gray, 64, Mount Olive, MS ( formerly of Hattiesburg, MS) passed away at Forrest General Hospital, Hattiesburg, on March 19, 2023.
Pastor Gray attended school in Purvis, MS at Jefferson School. He was a graduate of Pearl River Community College. He enjoyed working as a Brickmason and preaching the gospel. He will be remembered for his kind and giving spirit to help God's people.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend James and Betty Gray.
Survivors include his wife, Shandoya Gray, son, Floyd Gray, daughter, Alycia(Zedric) Taylor, sister, Clinese (Contempris) Gray; brother, M. L. Rodgers, goddaughter, Aubree Moore; godson, DeMorean Thompson; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
