Randolph Barron, 70

Randolph was born on August 28, 1955, and graduated from Collins High School in 1973. He furthered his education at Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, MS, and dedicated his professional life to the craft of bricklaying. His contributions to the Venia Park Community were well-remembered.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Bennie "Kitty" and Yvonne "Bonnie" Barron.

Mr. Barron is survived by his siblings, Terry Barron, Deborah (Tommy) McDonald, Gary Barron, Jacqueline Barron, and Paul (Julia) Cooley; his children, Jackaline Crosby, Shaireita Collins, Randy Collins, Demetric (Ungalia) Ratcliff, Gary McGill, Terry Boykin, Felicia McGill, Crystal Barron, Shameka Barron, and Michael McInnis. He also leaves behind 22 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Mr. Barron will be deeply missed, and his legacy cherished by all who knew him.

His life was commemorated by honorary pallbearers Terry Barron, Gary Barron, Demetric Ratcliff, Gary McGill, Paul Cooley, Terry Boykin, Rashad Ratcliff, and Zurick McGill. Pallbearers included Caleb McGill, Tim Magee, Dwayne Thigpen, Chris Keyes, Robert Cooley, and Michael McInnis. Flowers were lovingly carried by family and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Randolph Barron, who passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 70, were held on July 17, 2026, at Reeves Funeral Home in Mount Olive, MS. He was laid to rest at Venia Park Cemetery in Collins, MS, with Pastor Michael O. Evans officiating.
