Oliver Ducie Duckworth, 81

Mr. Oliver "Doucie" Duckworth passed away on February 27, 2026.

He was educated in the Covington County School System. He was employed as a field technician, water meter specialist, and plumbing technician. He was a loving father, brother, uncle, and family man. He will always remain in the hearts of all who loved him. His family members have long-life ties to the Mount Olive Community and the Mt. Zion Jr Church Community, Mount Olive, MS.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilhemenia J. Duckworth; his parents, Ivy and Savannah Duckworth; brothers, C. J. Duckworth, Less Duckworth, Billy "Wholli Boy" Duckworth, Richard Duckworth, Ivy Duckworth; and sisters, Fanie Duckworth and Mary Duckworth.

Surviviors include his son, Erich Duckworth( his partner) Shaniqua White); brothers, John (Bertha) Duckworth, Jerry ( Lorean) Duckworth, sisters, Katherine Duckworth, Hattie Feazell, Johnnie Mae Turner, sister in law, Loretta Duckwothh; grandchildren, Erich Duckworth, Sam Duckworth, Vontaevious Duckworth and Elijah Duckworth; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pastor Tony C. Duckworth was the Officiant.
