Mr. Price joined Magee 1st Baptist Church at an early age and was baptized. He attended Magee High School. After completing his high school education he joined the United States Army and served with price and dignity.

He was preceded in death by his father, S. P. Price; and sister Ruby Price.

Olive,and Emmanuel (Laquitta) O'Neal Fairley, Hattiesburg, MS; daughter, Chekala Lawton, Augusta, GA; sisters, Essie Gray, Mt.
