Funeral services for Miss Meagan Shonterra Pittman, 44, (July 23, 1978-June 29, 2023),Mount Olive, MS passed away on June 29, 2023.

 

She was a member of St. James UMC, Mount Olive, MS.  She graduated from Mount Olive Attendance Center.  She was loving and Caring would who loved her family and friends.  

 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bessie Mae McNair; Wardell and Ella Gray and Susie Lewis; sister, Marie Drones; aunts, Hazel Brown and Jewel Barnett; three uncles, Paul McNair, Eddie McNair, and O. L. Griffith and sister in law, Sharon Burell Grantham.

 

Survivors include her mother, Hazel L. Pittman, Mount Olive, MS; father, L. M. Drones, Magee, MS.  Brothers, Dewayne (Kathy) Pittman, Steve Grantham, Greg Grantham, Kenderick Drones, Cedrick Drones, all of Simpson County and Charles Parks, Rankin County.  Sisters, Monica (Emanuel) Thompson, Rebecca Grantham and Mahoney Drones, all of Simpson County.  Aunts, Brenda Kersh, Mount Olive, Annie Feazell, Brenda Pope and Barbara Boykins, all of D'Lo, MS, Carol ( Arthur) Rutherford, Sandra(Fred) Hill, Valdria (Reggie) Ruffin, Ellen (David) Williams, Chicago, IL Uncles, Edward Pittman, William McNair, Collins and Anthony (Joann) McNiar, Mt. Olive; Tom (Juanita) Gray, Rodericks (Tene) Gray, Chicago; nephews, Enamuel K. Thompson,Elandis Thompson, Chandler Pittman and Connor Pittman; God-nephew, Montreal Edwards; god-nieces Ashley Edwards; great nephew, Jurni Thompson and  great niece,  Ella Carter Pittmanm and a host of cousins and friends.
