Kecha Owens, 44

Ms. Kecha Owens, 44, passed away in St. Louis, MO, on March 14, 2026.

Ms. Owens graduated from Collins High School in Collins in 1999. She continued her education at Hinds Community College, Raymond, MS, and later at William Carey University, Hattiesburg, MS, where she majored in Psychology.

She had a genuine love for helping others and dedicated many years of service as a case manager at Walmart. Her love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will live on in all who knew and loved her. Her legacy of compassion and strength will forever remain in our hearts.

Survivors include her daughters, Jayda and Kayden Graves; parents, R. B. and Mary Owens, Collins, MS; brothers, Kevin(Shannon) Honolulu, HI, and Dominick(Nicole), Slidell, LA; sisters, Yolanda(Floyd)Mount Olive, MS, Natasha, and Morgan (Artie), all of Hattiesburg,

Seven nephews, four nieces, one great-niece, and one great-nephew. She will be deeply missed by her two best friends, Tennille Atkins and Tera Owens, along with a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
