Mr. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren; he enjoyed his life in Maryland.
 
He was preceded in death by his father, S. P. Price; sister, Ruby Jean Price, and brother, Melvin Price.
 
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Jessie Price.  Daughter, Jakeina "Punkin" Miles( Steven); grandchildren, Peyton K. Miles and August M. Miles; son, Jataurean "Tory" Price; mother, Mildred Price, sisters, Essie Gray, Linda Hayes Barnes, Carol Price-Lofton; brothers, Charles Price, John Larry Price and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other family members.

Minister Charles Price was the Officiant.
