Jerry Allen Hayes, 71

Mr. Jerry Allen Hayes, 71 (May 30, 1953-January 4, 2025), Collins, MS( Rocky Valley Community) passed away on January 4, 2025.

He was a retired truck driver with Sanderson Farms and enjoyed spending time fishing, hunting and cruising the coast. He was loved by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Javan and Bobbie Jean Hayes; brother, Johnny R. Hayes.Surviviors include his wife, Earnestine Magee Hayes; one daughter, Melissa M. Owens(Tony) Bassfield, MS; grandchild, Janesa Owens; three brothers, Jimmy D. Hayes(Betty), Terry, MS; Larry J. Hayes and Terry Hayes, both of Collins. Sisters, Lesa A. Polk(Ricardo) Mount Olive, Wanda D. Doby (Larry), Charlotte Williams (Joe), and Debbie Herrin(Mike) all of Collins; a very dear friend, B. J. Mosley, Collumbia, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
