Helen Sue Owens

Ms. Helen Sue Owens, Magee, MS passed away on September 2, 2022 at Asbury Hospice Care, Hattiesburg, MS.

 

Ms. Owens attended Mager High School and was employed at Windham Nursing Home for many years. She was a member of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

 

She was preceded in death by her father, Percy Owens.

Survivors include her mother, Ertha Owens; daughter Michelle Owens, Magee, MS.  Three sons, Michael Barnes ( Michelle), Jackson, MS, Lorenzo Jones and Anthony Jones, both of Magee.  Four granddaughters, one grandson and one great granddaughter.  Seven sisters, Geraldine Mack(Danny) Pinola, MS, Mary Owens, Bertha Owens, Sandra Owens(Rodney), all of Magee, Lisa Sims( Antonio), Dorothy Owens, all of Jackson, Jean Harper (James), Magee; three brothers, Jerry Owens, Edward Owens, both of Magee and Junior Owens (Chamika), Jacksonville, FL; and a host of other relatives, nephews nieces, cousins and friends.
