Helen Ruth Ducksworth, 79

Mrs. Helen Ruth Ducksworth Hayes 79, Taylorsville, MS was a lifelong member of Leaf River Missionary Baptist Church.  She attended school at Cherry Grove School, Cherry Grove, MS.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, and ironing and worked for over 10 years at Collinswood Poultry Plant and for Allen's Cleaners, Taylorsville, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Myrtle Ducksworth; husband, Tommie Ray Hayes and one daughter, Angie Blackwell.

Survivors include sons Dannie(Daisy) Hayes, Prentiss, MS, Kenneth(Michelle) Hayes, Mt. Olive, MS and Richard (Valorie ) Hayes, Mize, MS; daughters, Annie(Silas) Moody, Mt. Olive, Helen D. Hayes, and Vickie Hayes, both of Mize, MS.  A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins, a sister and brother in laws, and friends.
