Geneva Lou Nelson Posey, 83

Mrs. Geneva Lou Posey, 83 spent her childhood acquiring many memories, such as working alongside her father in the fields, hauling pulpwood, and fishing. She wasn't just a mother to her children but to her nieces and nephews. She also was a dedicated bus driver and raised many children on her route.

She was a blessing to her family and received the greatest reward of all-her crown of righteousness. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Asber and Martina Nelson; husband Sammie Posey; brothers, Johnnie C. Nelson and Lavelle Nelson; sisters, Dorothy Burns and Onie Brown.

Survivors include her children, James ( Tracey)Nelson, Kim(Charlie) Hathorne, Howard(Janell), Jeffery(Latralia), and Janie(Jacob) Keys; 17 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
