Frankie Lee Barnett, 69

Mr. Frankie (Bud)Lee Posey Barnett, Collins, MS, passed away on June 23, 2025, at Forrest General Hospital, Hattiesburg, MS.

Mr. Barnett graduated from Covington County School and was employed at Culpepper Engineering, Inc., as a machine operator.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack C. Posey and Fannie Mae Barnett; daughter, Dorothy Hamilton Posey; son, Antonio Posey

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Thompson Barnett; daughter in love, Tabitha Barnes; daughters, Tanya Posey, Hattiesburg, Janet Posey Youngblood, Collins and Nicole Bing(Jeremy) Jacksonville, FL; son Lamont Posey, Taylorsville; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Maragaret Pace and Jacqueline Baker, both of Columbus, OLhio; and Stacey Posey, Springfieldk OH; brother, Jack C. Posey Jr, Springfield, OH; aunts, Allie Mae and Catherine Sumerall, both of Columbus, OH; uncle, Frank Barnett, Columbus, OH and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
