Darrell Lovell Collins, 52 Collins, MS passed away on February 5, 2024.
Mr. Collins attended Covington County Schools. He and his cousin were employed together for many years. He enjoyed working with concrete.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Jr., and Wyomia McCarty Collins; maternal grandparents, JC and Ethel Mae McCarthy; paternal grandparents, James Sr., and Mary Barnes Collins; great grandparents, Tom and Rosie Barnes, Thomas Jefferson McCarty, Hattie Bell Cooley and Bittie Dace. Siblings, Gerald Barnes, Douglas, Larry Willie, and Doris Collins.
Survivors include a daughter. Adrianna Sharon, Magee, MS; sisters, Irma J. Collins, Richton, MS, Gloria Rawlings, Fontana, CA Wanda(Tony) Powell and Nagia Collins, all of Hattiesburg, MS., Cassie (Cedric) Martin, Opal (James) Felder, all of Brookhaven, MS. Brothers, Alred(Mattie) Collins, Pascagoula, MS, Harold Barnes, Mt. Olive, Mikel Collins and Anthony Collins, Brookhaven. Four grandchildren, Jaidon Shaw, Jacolby Shaw, Kyne Amops, and Ashton Shaw, all of Magee, MS. Aunts, Generall (James) Hughes, and Vivian Harris, all of Hattiesburg. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
