Arrit Jermaine Drones, 93

Mr. Arrit Jermaine Drones, 53, of Clarksville, Tennessee, formerly of Mount Olive, Mississippi, passed away on September 21, 2026.

Mr. Drones received his formal education in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and graduated from Northwest High School with the Class of 1991. He also attended Austin Peay State University and was employed by Sonic Drive-In as a cook. He was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and cousin. He loved people and treasured spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Lee Cooper; his grandmother, Dorothy Jean Drones; his grandfather, Dan Drones; his aunt, Carolyn Louise Gray-Drones; and his uncle, George Earl Drones.

Survivors include his sons, Daylon Drones-Evans and Devon Drones, both of Clarksville, Tennessee; Camryn Pierce of New Carlisle, Ohio; and Jermaine Drones of Clarksville; his daughters, Anias Drones of Des Moines, Iowa, and Amoni Drones and Arrike Drones, both of New Carlisle; his mother, Carolyn Drones Cooper; his sister, Grettel Sweatt; and his brother, Adrain Drones, all of Clarksville.

He is also survived by his aunts, Linda (Rickey), Shirley, Glenda, Nellie (Larry) Hunt, Annie Laura, Linda Cooper, and Rosie Barnes; his uncles, Clarence (Daisy) Phillips, Don Cooper, Edward Cooper, Larry Cooper, Charles Cooper, and Danny Cooper; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
