Ms. Addie Lee Hart, 95, Mount Olive, MS, passed away at her residence on Saturday, August 8, 2026

Mrs. Hart left behind a lifetime of love, faith, family, and memories that will be cherished forever. She lived a life that may have been simple in material things, but was incredibly rich in the things that mattered most. She was a devoted Christian and faithful churchgoer who loved the Lord and was a lifelong member of Springhill Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and spent many years caring for children throughout her community. She knew how to make something beautiful out of simple things. She loved to sew and generously sewed for people in her community. She was famous for delicious foods, especially for making the best biscuits around. She was rich beyond measure in love and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Lula Wallace; beloved husband, J. W. Hart; son, Ray Hart; daughter, Betty Puckett; son-in-law, Lewis Puckett; brothers, Joe Wallace and JB Wallace; and her great-great-granddaughter, Kinsley Hart.

Survivors include son, Doug Hart (Shelia); daughter, Rebecca Hart; beloved grandchildren, Tess (Kerry) Shows, Terrie Hart, Tabitha (Stephen) Holston, Trina (James) Coker, Tiffany (Dylan) Wilson; and an honorary granddaughter, Angie Bock. Many grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and other family members and numerous friends.

Honorary Pallbearers: Carter Russell, Hayden Holcomb, Kaysen Hart, Easton Steward, Kash Wilson, Caleb Shows, and Kash Hast.

Pallbearers: Luke Holston, Jonathan Hart, Sam Holston, John Shows, Chris Hart, Mason Poole, Cameron Hart, Hunter Poole, Tucker Turner.\

Musical Selections: "Beulah Land", "Going Home," and "Go Rest High On That Mountain".

Officiants were Brother Steve Ellis and Brother Stephen Bush.
